·         Achieved multiple Harley-Davidson Canada platinum awards in “The Road of Champions” for Harley-Davidson of Toronto. This was achieved by meeting or exceeding Retail Sales Targets as set out by Fred Deeley Imports Canada. The keys to this success, hiring the “right” people and we can achieve anything.

·         Through sales and delivery procedures that I established, sales department was able to increase customer service index (CSI) scores by 24% from 70% to 94% and above national average which led to higher dealership retention, resulting in higher referrals’, repeat business and higher gross profits.
